Do you Engrave?

No we don’t at the moment.

Is there a warranty?

We offer a six month warranty on our rings which covers cleaning and polishing ONLY.

What if i purchased the wrong Ring Size?

Please contact us for returns within 7 calendar days for a free exchange for the ring which is subject to availability. If we don’t have the size you require available, we may at our discretion, replace it with a similar item within the price range.

Do you allow exchange?

Yes we do

We accept exchange only on non-customized rings

Item must be in the same condition which it was delivered with tags attached. If the item was tampered with or used already there will be no exchange.

Item bought must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.

If the 7-day period has been exceeded, item to be returned and exchanged will attract an extra 20% charge in addition to the original price. Item must be in pristine condition.

Item must be returned via a registered courier service and tracking number sent to us via email or WhatsApp.

Return requests made 15 days after purchase will be denied.

What is a band/What is a bridal set?

A band is a wedding ring for the bride or for the groom. A bridal set consists of two rings: an engagement ring as well as a matching wedding band for the bride only.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

es we do, cost of  delivery for your location can be found at checkout.

How many days does delivery take?

  1. 24 -48 hours within Lagos State
  2. 2 – 5 working days outside Lagos State
  3. 7- 14 days outside Nigeria

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation of orders not processed is allowed but after processing of item, cancellation of orders will be rejected. Order processing takes 24hours after order placement.

Can I pay on delivery?

We do not support payment on delivery when you order via our website.

How can I confirm if you have received my payment?

Please contact a member of our customer service team on WhatsApp 08061190049. We would need the name on the account you paid with as well as an order number to track your payment.

How do I get a complete wedding ring set?

You can either buy a bridal set and a band for the groom, or an engagement ring and two bands for the bride and groom.

Will the ring wash/fade/tarnish?

All of our rings are Authentic sterling silver {925}, Titanium and Tungsten so they won’t fade or “wash”. Please bear in mind however that all jewelry requires care, so cleaning and polishing from time to time will help your jewelry preserve its beauty.
